Women In Media is a 501(c)(3) organization that encourages gender balance in film and entertainment industries by providing networking, professional development, and advocacy for above and below the line women the people who love making movies with them. Proceeds go toward our successful events and initiatives such as the #HireTheseWomen lunches which introduce people in a position to hire to women they should be hiring for their crews.
