Keeping Masi patterns alive while living far from Fiji! What is Masi? Traditional Masi prints are a large variety of specific designs arranged in various ways by artisans on mulberry bark cloth. They are used as wall hangings, as traditional dress, and as precious gifts for occasions such as weddings, baby births and more. I have hand drawn these designs and arranged them in my own fashion and put them on items as well as fabric to keep these beautiful patterns available to so many who live in the mainland and cannot easily access traditional prints.
