Not everyone thinks about gluten being present outside the food chain. Gluten can be found in more than just your food, it’s in common everyday products from the lip balm you use daily, to the toothpaste you use when you first wakeup in the morning, and even your makeup or makeup, body soap, lotions, and shampoo. Some may think my lifestyle is extreme, but the results I’ve seen in my health make it all worth it.
