"The Store (Unfortunately)" By Ellis Crow So here it is. A store. Because apparently that’s what artists do now—slap their soul onto a mug and hope someone drinks something strong out of it. Prints, shirts, stickers, whatever Zazzle lets me slap a ghost onto. I never wanted this. But the rent wants things. The bills want things. People want things. So fine. You want a piece of the mess? Take it. You can wear the art. Hang it on your wall. Sip your coffee while a half-dead crown-wearing figure stares back at you like it knows the punchline you missed. Maybe you’ll like it. Maybe you’ll pretend to. I won’t know. I’ll be in the studio, not painting. Staring out the window like something's supposed to arrive. This isn’t a brand. It’s a shrug. Ellis Crow is now officially selling out. But like, ironically. Welcome to the merch pit. Buy something. Don’t. I’m still not getting a Tesla. 🖤 — Ellis
