Hi, I'm Lisa, and I like to draw! I first signed one of my homemade cards with “Single Candle Card Productions” when I was about seven, and I never stopped. Through the years, I’ve enjoyed making cards for people on special occasions, but in the past several months I’ve found joy in sending cards just ‘cause. In the Internet age, paper cards are a tangible way to reach out to people and make us all feel like we’re truly connected. I use colored pencils and doodle whatever strikes my fancy, although I’m inspired most by nature— especially the colors and textures of changing seasons. Drawing helps me to slow down, to truly look at things, and to interpret my reality through the medium of the pencils. Thanks for checking out my work!
