This store was born out of homesickness. Here is the story. My name is Danelle. I am a Jamaican born and raised and now resides in Switzerland- talk about culture shock. I suffered from homesickness for the most part of 2019. My therapist suggested I go back home, soak it all up then make a decision- where will you call home for the next five year. I went home in 2020 and due to pandemic I had to stay longer than planned so I soaked it up. Having a child in school in Switzerland does not make moving an easy option so it is time to put down roots for the next five years. I came back from Jamaica with a new perspective. Switzerland is home for now and Im going to make the most of it. One of which is to capture the beautiful landscape with my dji mavic drone. The photos started to pile up so were the compliments on my photography skills and the Swiss landscape and environment. So, I set out (in my brain) to plan how I could share my work with you. Jigsaw puzzles and board games are my childhood favourite things to do to past time and with so much to spare these days, I thought this would be the best way to share Switzerland and images I capture with you.
