I am a chef with 30 years of experience handling the freshest ingredients, produce and recipes. Sketching and doodling them has always been helpful and therapeutic to me. It's the ability to visualize colours, patterns and designs. I want to share my designs, whether they are nature inspired, food or foraging, giving them a modern take and a sense of humour sometimes.
