Paper Lake

There's something about paper, isn't there? The tactile feel of it, the bounded limits of a single sheet in front of you. This isn't a sea of paper products (yet!), but it is a small lake of them. Hence, the name Paper Lake! Writing on paper demands different controls from our brain and body. We slow down to write with our hand moving across the page and think in a different, sometimes more creative way. Hand-written letters and notes attach to our memory in a different way and reward us with images that can burn into our brain. Would you ever treasure an email note as you would a letter on paper?
