As I grew in the industry, I quickly realized I needed to combine my fitness knowledge with other skills to create a more sustainable career. That's when I decided to teach myself graphic design. Running my own business gave me the freedom to explore my creative side, and I dove into learning the ins and outs of design. It wasn’t easy, but the process was rewarding, and it allowed me to create personalized materials for my fitness clients, such as workout plans, promotional content, and branding for my business. Fast forward almost 10 years, and at the age of 30, I find myself pregnant with my first child. As I embrace this new chapter in my life, I’m shifting gears once again, using the graphic design skills I’ve honed over the years as a way to work from home. This flexibility allows me to balance my personal and professional life in ways I never imagined, while still pursuing my creative passions. My journey has come full circle, from helping clients transform their bodies to now transforming my own life with the power of design. As a graphic designer, I create a wide range of designs that cater to different needs and industries. I specialize in crafting custom designs for everything from stationery and clothing to websites and logos. For stationery, I design everything from business cards and letterheads to invitations and promotional materials, ensuring each piece is visually compelling and aligned with a brand’s identity. When it comes to clothing design, I create unique graphics for apparel, whether it's custom t-shirts, hoodies, or other merchandise, focusing on designs that resonate with a target audience and reflect a brand’s personality.
