I was educated in the interior design field, and had my own interior design business for many years. I have been painting on and off for over 25 years and took many workshops over the years. I always loved photography as well. Many years ago I was in an accident that left me mobility challenged, and ended my interior design business, well it ended everything in my life. But I still love to paint, I love photography, and I dabble in digital art. I guess I have about 30 copyrights +/- so far, so I decided to pursue my art as a new beginning. In January of 2020 I opened my new website. In January, February, and also in March, I was honored by being a finalist in three different art competitions. In each competition, two paintings were accepted, so in the first three months of being open for business I had six paintings on exhibit for an entire month each. I had never entered any art competitions prior to this, and it was a very exciting time for me. In April I was beginning to prepare to do some art shows, when the virus put a end to those dreams. Everything came to a screeching halt, like it did for so many people. I temporarily paused my blog due to this, too. But life goes on and so we must all adapt to the changes we've been thrust into. I decided to open a new store here, who would also manufacture my designs and ship them directly to the customers. I had such great recommendations from some other artists, so here we go.
