Original angel art and illustrations by Carmen Cameron. This collection of guardian angel illustrations include the original angel artwork of Rev. Carmen Cameron, produced over a twenty-five year period of time. In the early 1990s, Revie Carman went through a painful and difficult divorce from an abusive marriage, It was especially difficult for her since she had been raised in a strict Catholic family and educated by very conservative nuns in New Orleans, and marriage was considered to be a Holy Sacrament not to be undertaken lightly and never to be ended, according to the Church's teachings. Her own self survival was more important and death or divorce were the only options. She prayed to die. The first of many visionary experiences brought her the messages "Hope is the light God gives to see you through the dark times. Ask for hope. Do not ask to die." delivered by a glorious angel of God who poked Carmen in the ribs to awaken her from sleep. Additional visions and inspiring messages continued to arrive and they ignited Carmen's drawing talents. Without any formal art training of any type, Carmen produced hundreds of angel drawing and illustrations before her passing in 2016.
