Hi! I’m Michelle, an illustrator with a background in graphic design and licensing. I started painting florals in my sketchbook journal in 2016 when my Mom was first diagnosed with Dementia as a way to help relieve some of the stress as I was caregiving for her. Soon after I discovered bible art journaling. I was hooked and loved painting flowers and hand lettering scripture to go with it, I gathered all of my favorite verses and began illustrating them in my journals. It brought me so much peace. About 2 years ago I decided it was time that my designs needed to come out of my sketchbook and onto canvas and started selling them locally here in Southern California. I knew the next step was to sell them online so I started an Instagram page in 2018 and began sharing my paintings and the response was great so I gathered my designs and opened my Zazzle shop and I’m so glad I did. I now create colorful floral paintings with uplifting bible verses and words of hope to color the world with joy and a little bit of whimsy, thank you for stopping by!
