Mes Amis Creations started as a way for me to bond with my mother. All my life, her creativity has inspired mine. (Some of it stuck - I love to sketch, paint, design, cook, bake, and do all sorts of crafting. Some of it didn't - I can't knit, crochet, or sew worth a darn!) In 2015, my mother's health began declining and I had to quit my full-time job in order to become her caregiver. A few strokes and mobility issues later, I turned to crafting projects to help her regain some of her fine motor skills. We enjoy spending time on these projects, the spoils of which we have largely shared with our friends and family. Paintings, handcrafted jewelry, holiday wreaths (not to mention innumerable cookies, cupcakes, and pastries) - have all been made with our loved ones in mind. Thus, Mes Amis Creations was born - so that we could share the wealth (so to speak) of our creativity with others as well! In addition to selling items we make by hand, we decided to turn our interest in design (and sometimes offbeat humor) to creating items everyone can enjoy.
