Linda D. Seacord-Art & Design

I am a Digital Artist, Pen & Ink and Pencil Designer, Oil Painter and Photographer as well as a Business Graphic Designer. I grew up with so many talented and diverse artists; a staple in our backpacks was a sketchpad. In addition to the influence of all these artists, my only formal training was in High School (a class I never missed) and some summer workshops. However, this is not how I made a living. I spent many years in corporate America where I used my creative talents in the form of marketing programs, creating and developing brands and the promotional materials (tv, radio, online, print, in-store materials, packaging) used to capture the target consumers. Since leaving that world, I have dived back into the wonderful world of art, in full force. I spend time sketching, painting, capturing moments with photography, and have added digital media to the mix; I love the power and flexibility. Many of my digital pieces are revivals of sketches and doodles done long ago. Everyday I am discovering new techniques, everyday my work evolves; it is exhilarating. ...and, thank you for visiting! ~ Linda
