I have battled mental health issues for most of my life, but in February of this year, I ended up getting a back injury that has caused me to have pain and lower mobility for months now. I could no longer work, and I have been stuck at home a lot, just trying to get through every day. It took an even greater toll on my mental health, specifically my depression. I felt like I had lost my purpose, and all I had ever wanted to do was make a difference. I came up with the idea to design T-shirts with sayings related to mental health so I could earn some extra income for my family and also continue my passion for helping and inspiring others.
