Half Spooned Honey is a cozy little shop inspired by the spoonie community and the realities of living with chronic illness, mental health conditions, and disability. Developed as a creative outlet during a time when my personal health struggles limited my ability to work, this space became a way to turn lived experience into something comforting and connective.
