Finding Flabuless

Finding Flabuless. At my biggest I topped the scale at 334lbs however as a ‘incredible shrinking lady’, and with the assistance of Weight Loss Surgery (Lap-band) I have lost 95lbs over a period of 2 years. I began blogging my weight loss journey in January 07 to give me some structure, and accountability to kick-start my weight loss again. However, what I didn’t count on was how much I would love it and ever since I have been hooked. I am also the ‘Patron Saint’ of FlabVlogging - my own catch phrase for Video Casting ones weight loss journey, so I have learned how to embarrass myself, dismally, for all the world to see. But all for a good cause…laughter is such great exercise, after all! Aside from that, I am a 29 year old, single, stay at home mum with; 2 kids, a mortgage, a size F bra cup, and a keen appreciation for the ridiculous situations I have found myself in as a ‘FAT’ woman.
