Dirty Sugar is a 4-man blues-rock n' roll, jam band from the "South of Boston" area. It's members hale from years of musical experience and countless other bands. They truly break the monotony of the same 'ol cover band experience by re-working some of your favorite tunes into colorful and creative masterpieces-even re-writing some to fit how they feel. Dirty Sugar is led by the powerful and soulful vocals of George Howard, arguibly the best voice to come out of the Boston area since Johnny Most, intertwined with the hard driving lead guitar stylings of David Markunas. No house is built without a concrete foundation, in this case provided by the thundering bass of Bob Fallon and funky beats of John Macdonald on drums. Dirty Sugar's style is a sophisticated alternative to the usual cover band experience, making it easy to see why they're fans follow them from venue to venue. So come on out to our next show.
