I was born and raised in Massapequa, New York, until the age of 5. Then, as a result of my dad’s job, my family moved down to North Carolina. Most of my family still lives up in New York (and parts of Pennsylvania), but every year we vacation up there to visit everyone. Since I was very young, I was always into the arts. I have been playing piano and clarinet since 4th grade, but I switched to the alto saxophone in 7th grade. For some reason my elementary school needed you to start off with the clarinet, as if it were some sort of "lower rank" instrument. It doesn't matter to me now, though, because I thoroughly enjoy playing my saxophone, and have a passion for my piano. Fortunately, I am lucky enough to have two amazing parents that provide for me and support my interest in the arts. In fact, they have allowed me to pursue my interests further by paying for private piano lessons and saxophone lessons. I have grown tremendously on both instruments since 4th grade (especially the piano), and am now working on such piano literature as "Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No.2, Movement 3" and "Liszt's Hungarian Rhapsody No.12", to name a couple. I've also been in the marching band at my high school for 2 years now and next year I will be the drum major. Of course, there is more to me than just music. I love comedy, and my friends and family have always said that I resemble Jim Carrey ever since the day I was born. If you looked at all of my baby pictures, you would see a happy little boy, always smiling and making funny faces. When it comes to sports, I never really got into the ball sports, like football, mostly because for some reason I hated catching. I could throw pretty well, but catching was always a struggle for me. I did, however, discover that I am a fish in the water. My mother tells me that I have always been that way when it comes to water and the ocean... never afraid of it, and always wanting to be in it. I am now on my high school swim team, and I have lettered both years I've been on it. I also swim at Raintree Country Club over the summer. Something else that is unique about me is the fact that ever since I was young, I have been able to comprehend and master video games almost instantly after learning the controls. They are like second nature to me, and my brother used to call me the "Video Game God". He would actually tell me that he would rather watch me play a game than play it himself, because it was so fun for him to see me conquer every game I play. That said, I have not yet begun uploading videos onto Youtube of my gameplay, or created any montages or such. I would really enjoy that, though, as I also find filming/editing to be very interesting and it is always a thrill to listen/watch people's reactions to your videos. (If they enjoy them, that is) Lately, I have been very interested in creating designs in Adobe™ Photoshop. I now have a website for people to buy my designs on T-Shirts and other cool products! Check them out if you want, they are pretty funny and I put a lot of time and work into them...
