Carpe_Diem_Caprines

Carpe Diem Caprines is a small goat and sheep operation in central Oregon. I have been raising small ruminants since I was in high school. My goal is to be able to provide underprivileged urban kids, who would not have the ability otherwise, with the opportunity to work with farm animals in 4H and FFA. Being a part of agriculture through these groups helps youth develop skills that they will use throughout their lives. They learn confidence, competence and compassion. The sales of items from my store help contribute to my cause by enabling me to provide necessary food and shelter for these animals while allowing youth to have this opportunity without being limited financially.
