Our story starts with the encouragement of Corbin’s 24-year-old son, Jack—and it continues with our extensive experience in growing medical-grade cannabis and providing it to dispensaries. Corbin, a dentist, and Chris, a chocolatier are two of the four partners and have been friends for over 35 years. The two have a combined 40 years of growing experience and have watched the quality of the medicine get better every year. Soon, we saw the evolution of the world of edibles, as well as the change in access to the medicine. As long-time cannabis advocates and close friends, we decided that it was time to become involved in the “re-education” of cannabis. We brought in Scott, another friend of over 35 years and also California’s largest stainless steel distributor and Bart, a trusted friend of Corbin’s and a business attorney. The four of us have been self-employed for a combined 105 years! Together, we formed Aegle Commodities Inc., a nonprofit company, named for the Greek goddess of radiant good health, that makes and distributes our premium product.Now that we have introduced our highly delicious products, we intend to always be on the cutting edge of edible developments and realize the dream that has become— CANNATOPIA!
