The Alexander Technique saved my life - no exaggeration. I began to learn because I noticed a developing dowager's hump, and I knew that could be cured with AT. When I began, I had headaches every day, my knees hurt so bad I couldn't walk down the stairs, and I had RSI in both wrists. I was also rigid with anxiety. I thought I had to live with all these, but they simply disappeared.
