Airbrushbill

As a young lad in elementary school He took an interest in Art, Drawing, sculpting and photography. In the fifth grade he won a photograph contest for a reflection of a tree in a rain puddle. In the sixth grade he won first place for a gargoyle made out of clay. As a student in jr. high he excelled in hands on wood working, Working with the lath he has created a center piece fruit bowl with base out of cherry and a colonial stile bench, wall mount candle holders. Book case. As a high school student his interest in art was something he did alone, drawing in his room and doing pieces periodically. He was encouraged to take art class in school but just could not make that happen. Wood shop was still his favorite class. Were he made a corner table, Bench and worked on other projects. Near graduation he and a couple of buddies left for spring brake were he was introduce to the art of airbrush in a t-shirt shop, On Daytona Beach. Mesmerized his friends had to remove him from the premises. It would be ten years before he would pick up the airbrush and start to paint t-shirts. Since then he has worked with oil paint, chalk, pastels and Sculpey a ceramic-like sculpting compound. He has painted bed room wall murals and many t-shirts.
