Words carry information, tone, and intention — and they shape the environment we live within. We know that the human body is composed largely of water. In his books, Dr. Masaru Emoto documented observable changes in water when it was exposed to words such as love and gratitude. Because of this, I believe that drinking water from vessels — or wearing clothing — marked with these words can support our overall sense of wellness and awareness. I invite you to join me in this practice, and to remember to read the words, speak them, and let them become part of your environment.
