Doodled With Love

Ever since I was a kid, I always loved drawing. I would constantly draw my feelings, and my dreams. It was always very therapeutic, and I would lose track of time doing it. But as time went on, little by little, I put my art to the side, for over a decade, because it never felt like I had enough time to do it... or at least that's what I was convincing myself with. Fast forwards a few years later, right after I had my daughter, Sumi, I started to draw every night after she goes to bed, just for my mental health. It wasn't long before I started to remember the amazing effects of art. It would help me destress, relax and even meditate at times. I decided I didn't wanna lose this again, so I decided to get back to doing art regularly. I started printing my designs on clothes, for me and my daughter to match each other for Eid. Friends and Community member started to show interest in my designs, and convinced me to start my own online shop. And that's when SumiSumiDesigns was born!
