Hominid Wear Designs

Hominid Wear represents an idea. It is time that we revise our thinking about what we are, who we are and where we are going. We are hominids. We are the pinnacle of the ever increasing complexity and intricacy of life brought into being by the unique conditions on planet Earth. We have an obligation to protect those conditions that brought us into being. We have an obligation to protect the Earth and conserve its resources so that this amazing process can come to fruition. We have an obligation to protect ourselves from ourselves. We have an obligation to respect and treat each other as equals and to promote a positive peaceful existence for all living things. Only we are responsible, there are no others. Please help support this idea. Hominid Wear is a design lab and philosophical think tank that was developed out of an interest in the hominid condition and a love for all living things. Our goal is to create unique designs that seek to inspire, unite, enlighten, perplex, humorize, and bring awareness. We hope you enjoy the designs and the gear they inhabit. The Hominid Wear logo is a universal symbol that should be worn or otherwise displayed to support and represent a positive peaceful existence for all. Hominid is a term describing any of a family (Hominidae) of erect bipedal primate mammals that includes recent humans together with extinct ancestral and related forms including the gorilla, chimpanzee, and orangutan.
