I first started designing shirts for myself. I am a Chiari patient and I didn't like any of the shirts sold online. I wanted something unique and designed specifically for me. I decided to share my designs because if I am frustrated with the lack of shirts customized to my disorder, I'm sure thousands of other people are as well.
