The AuSome Shop

As an Autism mom with 14 years on this journey, I’ve come to understand the power of community, support, and resilience. When the world shut down during COVID, our world opened up in a new way. I began homeschooling my son to continue his learning, and along the way, I had the honor of helping over 4,000 other families do the same. It was a challenging time, but it reaffirmed what I’ve always believed: with the right modifications and accommodations, Autistic individuals can achieve anything. That’s why I created The AuSome Shop. It’s more than just a store—it’s an extension of our journey, a way to spread awareness and celebrate the incredible capabilities of Neurodivergent individuals. My son, who is the inspiration behind everything we do, designs our customized T-shirts. Through his creativity, we’re sending a powerful message: Autistic individuals are capable, talented, and deserving of recognition. Our products are designed with pride and intention. When you wear one of our shirts, you’re not just making a fashion statement—you’re helping to shift the narrative around Autism and neurodiversity. You’re helping to spread the message that with the right support, anything is possible. I hope these designs will inspire others to see the potential in every individual, no matter their abilities. The AuSome Shop is just beginning, but our mission is clear: to build connections with Autism families, allies, teachers, and anyone who may feel disconnected from the Autism community. We’re all on this journey together, and I believe that by building strong relationships, we can create a supportive and understanding community. I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished so far, and I’m excited to see where this journey takes us. Together, we can spread awareness, pride, and acceptance, one design at a time.
