Diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2013 lead me down the rabbit hole of learning to live a gluten free life. It's been a bit bumpy at times, but I've come out stronger than ever and am spreading the word to others who are either celiac, gluten intolerant, or have just decided gluten free living is what they want.
