Tulips

I love the vivid and soft colors and shapes of the tulips that burst forth in spring. I especially love strolling among the pink, red, gold, white and purple tulips at a large annual tulip festival in Mt Vernon. Mt Vernon is a key city in Skagit Valley, Washington,which is home to the largest bulb-growig operations in the United States, including tulips, daffodils, and other types of flowers. The Tulip Festival brings tourists from many areas to sites like Roozengaarde, Tulip Town, and other sites near Mt Vernon and La Conner.
