I am a devout Catholic who is trying to raise money for a grass roots ministry to feed the homeless. The ministry is simple: spend money on food items from restaurants and fast food chains that are fairly healthy and very filling, such as the BRC burritos at El Pollo Loco, or a Nachos Grande plate at Chevy's Mexican Restaraunt, which is only 8 dollars, but feeds two people. After the money is spent, go as a group of at least two people in a car, and seek out those who need help by driving around your city, handing them meals and letting them know of God's love for them.
