This is a tie for the artist within. So striking and elegant too. Wear it to an art exhibit and BE the exhibit. I have collected vintage mercury glass Christmas ornaments for many years and they are becoming very very scarce. I thought it would be fun to share them with you. Each is carefully photographed and then the image has been added to ornaments, pillows, buttons, etc. With this one I was struck by how organic the ornament felt once I saw it up close. Like the shell of a magnificent turtle or magical crocodile skin. Yet I am also reminded of 'Jewel Glass', because of its wonderful color and the pattern of the rose - so much to see ….
