Worse If In Fixed-Width Funny Data

One of the worst ways to store data historically is in fixed-width file storage. I've handled my fair share of data stores, and importing, engineering, and data-cleansing fixed-width is by far the worst, most demoralizing version. Nowadays I'm not sure this is still a thing, but for the data-elders out there, remember... it could be worse.
