"The Magic of Christmas"

“The Magic of Christmas” was inspired from a special Christmas Eve of my childhood and I’m sure many little children could share their own experience as well. The scene takes place in the upstairs of my grandparents old farm house. One Christmas Eve, my sister and I were full of anticipation as we were tucked into a little twin bed for the night! As we were trying our best to go to sleep, suddenly we heard sleigh bells!! What!!?? We both jumped out of bed and ran to the window!! To our surprise we saw Santa with his reindeer in the moonlit sky. Could this be real?? He was leaving our rooftop!! It was so real I know it had to be magic!! To this day we both remember that magical night!! We were blessed with our Grandma “Mac” for keeping the excitement of Christmas in us all. She was as excited as we were and always made every moment special!! I will always believe in the magic of Christmas and share the excitement with all little ones just as my grandma shared with us! But most of all we have to remember the ONE in the picture above the bed! Jesus! He is our main focus! God sent Him here on earth in human flesh, as a baby to grow and live a sinless life and to be sacrificed to save us all who repent and believe in Him. God’s free gift of Grace! “God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him” (John 3:17)
