Small Business Saturday, special day for sales on the Saturday after Thanksgiving weekend to encourage holiday shopping at local retail stores. Support community merchants, main street shops, downtown markets, local mom and pop stores, hardworking neighborhood entrepreneurs and brick and mortar retailers. Shop Local, Buy Local! And don't forget National Small Business Week is celebrated during the first week of May each year.
