Purchase of this product will supply much needed dog food and medicine for the animals at Union County Animal Protection Society (UCAPS). This precious girl is wearing another stunning creation by Master Pet Couturier, Anthony Rubio. It has been a pleasure working with Mr. Rubio on our Shelter Pets Project campaign. Through the use of fashion, and photography, we hope to increase pet adoption rates, and change the perception of shelter animals.
