PRINCE SKY ILYINSKY - BLUE WHALE

ABOUT: PRINCE SKY ILYINSKY (Blue Whale) Prince Sky is a baby, blue whale. He is one of the smartest creatures on this planet. His brain waves are off the charts. He is like a floating computer. Unlike his older brother, Prince Patches, Prince Sky is shy and reserved and really a “geek”. Instead of riding the waves all day like his brother, Sky is a loner. He is happy as a clam to be alone with his thoughts. He can spout facts and data endlessly. Prince Sky is a very special and gifted whale. He is a visionary and has come to this planet from the future. He can also see things in 3D and 4D, and that's just for starters. Prince Sky is always urging Lord Rippletail to modernize the ancient whale library of sonar sounds and has many brilliant ideas how to do so. Because he is a baleen whale and super-smart Prince Sky has two blowholes! He can also spout holograms, whale mail (although he thinks it's boring) and a spectacular high-voltage vapor bubble in the shape of a light bulb when he gets a bright idea...and sometimes two at a time! Blue whales are the largest creatures to have ever lived on this earth. They are larger than dinosaurs were. They can grow up to 100 feet long, which is more than twice the size of a t-rex dinosaur. The largest blue whale ever recorded was a female found in the Antarctic Ocean. She was 30.5 m long. She weighed approximately 144 tons. The tongue alone of a blue whale can weigh as much as an elephant. The heart of a blue whale is about the size of a compact car and can weigh up to 1000 pounds. The aorta, a major blood vessel for the heart, is big enough for a human child to crawl through it. Not that we encourage it! Blue whales feed on tiny shrimp-like crustaceans/animals called krill. Krill is a major food source for blue whales and other baleen whales and is known as "zooplankton". Blue whales are very comfortable in ocean waters where buoyancy helps to support their incredible size and bulk.
