This collection holds a variety of designs places on stationery, home accessories and wall decor reminding us to strive for your mindfulness. Meditation is a helpful practice that trains our mind hold a thought that is beneficial for us. Each time, for a longer period of time. It may be a couple of seconds longer than the day before, simply by focusing on something that brings you love, peace, confidence, motivation, you name it.  The goal is to practice, with effort and determination for those two seconds to become minutes, hours, all day, a life style.
