Lucifer in distress

I have noticed that I have a certain weakness for Lucifer, or the devil. The weakness becomes evident when Lucifer is pictured as a very handsome young man, while at the same time being in great trouble. I guess it is the female equivalence to 'a damsel in distress'. :) Right now the collection contains designs that are inspired by these two works of art: the chained Lucifer of Guillaume Geefs, and Gustave Doré's illustration of Lucifer's downfall from heaven. September 2019: I think I'm adding Le Stryge, too. You know, the melancholy demon that used to watch the cityscape of Paris from atop the Notre-Dame cathedral. This creature is a demon (not a devil), and clearly not as handsome as Geefs' Lucifer, but perhaps it may still feel a bit like at home? At least I hope so.
