Jenny Nyström, Boy with a Christmas tree

Designs inspired by a Christmas illustration by Swedish artist Jenny Nyström. The picture shows a boy in a red cap, red mittens, and clogs. He looks happy and proud, carrying a small Christmas tree over his shoulder. The Christmas tree is not yet decorated, I guess the boy has just cut it down and is now about to take it home. The weather is as wintery as it should be in Christmas time. Snow is falling, there are snowy trees in the background and the ground is white with snow.
