International Asteroid Day. 30 June is set aside to inform people about asteroid impact and any crisis communications that would be taken should a catastrophic event occur. Science, space and astronomy meet in understanding asteroid behaviors. Prediction modelling, meteor tracking and understanding mass communications is part of it.
