Frothing Neon

Beach Bums welcome! Unisex and suitable for any occasion. Little bodyboarder frothing for that perfect wave. It was a very cold and foggy day at Huntington Beach California, but that was nothing a wetsuit couldn't cure for this pint sized boarder. As I was playing around with the picture I wondered what it would look like in neon instead of color, because of the fog, it gave it the perfect dream like state, so very surreal.
