Edouard Manet, Carnations and clematis, 1882

Designs inspired by a lovely floral still-life by French artist Edouard Manet, titled Carnations and clematis in a crystal vase. The painting was completed around 1882, just a few months before Manet's death. At this time Manet was not able to leave his house, so instead he started to paint the beautiful bouquets that was brought to him by friends. He rendered the flowers with a new-found simplicity and freshness, and also at the peak of their vitality. The image file has been digitally restored to optimize the print quality. It has also been adjusted for different products and purposes. As of now, the collection contains a birthday card, a moving announcement, a fine art poster and a fine art greeting card.
