Bydeception Autumn 23 Series Flip Flops

Welcome to our Autumn 23 series Flip Flops. A special hello if you found us at the tail end of '22 :) The only rule with these flip flops is that there aren't any! The styles,whilst varied do have a through line at pop art,kitsch and elements of glitch (...sometimes all on the same pair lol) We simply see no reason to be anything other than free to express these daring designs unfiltered. Having fun whilst designing is a job we take very seriously! At the end of the day...these are flip flops (or thongs in our native Aussie parlance) so if there is no real expectation on them to be anything that's just how we like it. It is our goal that you see some of your own creative,independent spirit in these and find one for you or one of your nearest and dearest. Due to our off-beat design styles and general "newness" on this site, it is a minor miracle you found this collection page at all. So massive congrats on that haha If you decide to adapt one of the personalized flip flops, you will see it clearly marked next to your add to cart button. One element we are blatantly trying out on this collection is creative ways to transform the whole "personalization" concept into something fresh. The way we see it, if you have gone to the trouble of getting a pair of those, we see it more as a collaboration with you. You will see that with the "Pop Art Queen" design - the areas you personalize are pre-tiled to appear in other parts of the thong - the length of the words or sentences you choose will make quite a dramatic difference as you will see! In all honesty, if your main idea is to simply swap in a name, there are better designs elsewhere in our babywear ,golfing and t-shirt ranges on this site that provide that straight-forward approach. The flip flops here will continue on more of an experimental bent and that most definitely (even especially) will include the personalizations. Cookie cutter templates are out... engaging collabs with you...whom we hope to make some kind of connection with...are in. ps forgive the solipsistic angle to this post-script but this design also features what turned out to be our 1000th design on Zazzle "UK Punk Pop Art Blonde" a suitable "jubilee" of sorts given at the time of creation we had not in fact sold an item to anyone outside of friends . You know what? If it ends up 2000 before someone we don't know ends up getting something from this store that is ok with us but shhh don't let that stop you though lol
