Anna's Hummingbird

Anna's hummingbirds, with their iridescent rose-pink throats and emerald feathers are native to the Pacific coast of North America. They are named after Anna Masséna, Duchess of Rivoli, whose husband, the second Duke of Rivoli was an amateur ornithologist and bird collector.
